Oz could hear his heart pounding in his ears. What was this guy’s problem? Demon. He called me a demon. He’d gone past ‘bad trip’ straight into delusional. However, Oz wasn’t thinking too much about Dean at this point. He was thinking about things normal people didn’t think about in this situation: his breathing, his heart rate, things that calmed him like music and philosophy.
“Freeze, NCIS.”
A woman’s voice startled Dean and he turned to look through the passenger window. Oz felt the pressure released from his throat and he coughed as he tried to take a deep breath. He looked up to see a woman with long dark hair standing just outside holding a gun. She had the look and the authoritative attitude of a cop. Oz felt relieved and concentrated on calming down, returning his breathing and heart rate to normal.
“Is there a problem here?” the woman asked.
“You stay away!” Dean said.
The fear in his voice made Oz feel bad for the guy. He wasn’t hostile, he was just scared.
“I uh…” Oz cleared his throat. “I just picked this guy up. I’m gonna take a wild guess and say something kind of bad happened to him.”
He’d never heard of NCIS before, but if this woman was a cop, maybe she could figure out what had happened to Dean, get him some help.

“You stay away!”
"I can't do that," she said, glancing at the man he had pinned to the side of the van.
“I uh... I just picked this guy up. I’m gonna take a wild guess and say something kind of bad happened to him.”
She had to agree, he looked like he'd been to hell and back, and someone enjoyed the pain they had inflicted. The man looked very much like the victim and to lash out on someone who was trying to help was not uncommon in such a situation, but she couldn't leave and let anything happen to this guy and for all she knew he could very well be the torturer, though he didn't look it.
"How about we all step outside the van and we can figure this whole thing out." Solid plan if they both complied. Get everyone to calm down a little and they'd be out in the open so if one of them went hostile she could subdue them.
Though she had no back up, no car nearby, didn't know where the hell she was exactly. She wasn't liking the whole situation and to top it off there's this whole thing.
She could tell today was going to be a very long day.

Being stuck between a rock and a hard place was never one of Dean's favourite places to be, even back in the days when his soul had a body, feeling trapped always put him on the defensive. If you coupled that in with his current, traumatised self, then the situation he was in right now was his worst nightmare. Or one of them anyway. There were many these days.
"Leave me alone, I said yes to you, what more do you want from me?!" He shouted out the window to the demon disguised as a woman, sounding more like he was pleading for mercy from her rather than demanding the answers to this charade he was caught up in.
"Just stop it! Stop pretending like you're real!" Risking taking his eyes away from the woman with the gun, Dean turned to make sure Oz wasn't about to try and gut him with a rusty hook while he wasn't looking, finding that his driver was more concerned with calming breathing techniques than the fact Dean had him pressed against the door.
"You're just biding your time, I know how you demons play your sick little games. You showed me Sam before but he wasn't real, so what makes you think I'm gonna believe this is, huh?"
With no hint or warning, Dean moved away from Oz and kicked at the passenger door handle, knocking the door wide open straight into Ziva's face with a fair amount of force. He didn't pause to see whether or not he'd actually hit her with it, he just hoped it was distraction enough for her to not shoot him while he leaned back across Oz to try and bundle him out of the driver's side door.
The van seemed tangible enough, his plan was to hijack it and drive away for as long as the demons would let him, to buy himself some time from pain if only for a few more moments. Stealing the van and putting the pedal to the metal almost came as instinct. Driving down an empty road was as close to being near home as he would ever get in Hell, there was no way he could pass up the oppertunity.

As much as this guy looked like he was dangerous, he was wounded and scared, which made him fairly formidable in his current state. Coupled with the fact the guy seemed to be calling out to some unknown person, she could only assume the worst the guy had been through.
When the door flew out at her she barely had time to move out of the way, managing to keep a hold on her gun while he struggled for control of the van, pushing the man who was in the driver seat to the back of the van.
Wasting no time on thought she reacted, jumping into the van through the now open door. If she let him drive off there was no guarantee that another car would pass by anytime soon and letting a man possibly get taken hostage just wasn't on her to do list for the day. But then again, neither was ending up where ever she was now.
Dispite being in an awkward position in the passenger seat in a van that looked like it had seen better days she grabbed the guy's wrist and slammed his head into the steering wheel.
((Hope thats okay, but she has awkward footing so he could probably slip out or something. Or I can change it. ))

((Just got a chance to read these and start to write a reply. There's a bit of a consistency issue here - at the end of Dean's post it seems like he shoved Oz out the driver's side, stole the van, and is driving down the road and in Ziva's post she jumped into the car, shoved Oz to the back of the van, and slammed Dean's head against the steering wheel. Those two scenarios don't really mesh, so I'm gonna wait for you guys to sort out amongst yourselves which scenario you want to go with. Just let me know and I'll replace this post with an in character post once it's settled.))
